We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

How to start a return

1. Email forgegrain.support@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We will send return instructions and a return address.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
• Returns requested after 30 days may be declined.
• We do not accept returns for items damaged by misuse or wear.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
